Norkam Seniors Housing Co-operative Association operates Cottonwood Manor, an independent community for seniors using a co-operative/life lease model. Its 120 suites range in size from about 800 (one-bedroom homes) to 1,300 square feet (the largest two-bedroom homes).
The North Shore Community Centre is attached to Cottonwood Manor and offers a variety of activiites and events.
