The co-op is a three-storey building centred around a peaceful internal courtyard. Originally built in 1987, Charles Square has been thoughtfully maintained and upgraded over time, including major exterior renovations in 2010-11 and significant interior updates in the past five years (kitchens, bathrooms, and a shared amenity room).
