Emma G Housing Co-operative is located in the beautiful Mount Pleasant neighbourhood with easy access to the SkyTrain stations. It is a 17-unit co-operative that includes one wheelchair-accessible one-bedroom, three wheelchair-accessible two-bedroom units, and one wheelchair-accessible three-bedroom unit.
Pets are allowed in the co-op with prior approval from the board.
Since members share the responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the co-op, all adult members are expected to contribute time to co-op tasks or committees.
